Delivery & Returns


We ship all orders in high quality strong packaging. Made for the purpose.

With vinyl records we take extra care: we don’t have our vinyl shrink wrapped. This allows us to remove the vinyl from the sleeve, and inner sleeve if required, to prevent seam splits. It’s then packed into a protective polythene bag, sealed, then carefully bubble wrapped and packed into purpose made cardboard packaging.

Extra shipping costs

We have to charge extra shipping for some items. For example, a LP on heavy 180g vinyl weighs more than a normal LP. Delivery prices are calculated by the size and weight of your order to keep prices as low as possible. Just add items to your basket and your delivery cost will update accordingly.

Damaged items

Unavoidably, parcels get damaged sometimes.

If your order arrives damaged then you need to claim with your post office. Keep the damaged packaging as proof. All parcels leave here packaged as we would want to receive them. If they do get damaged then it’s usually not our fault.

Delayed / lost items

If we say we have shipped an order and yet it seems to be taking a long time to arrive, please be patient. We use Royal Mail as our shipping provider who don’t consider an item ‘lost’ until 15 working days after it was posted to UK addresses, rising to 21 working days after postage to non-UK addresses.

Parcels very rarely get completely lost. However, it does happen sometimes so we always recommend insurance on all orders. Without insurance we cannot be held liable, sorry!
